Easy slow cooker chocolate cake recipe
Ingredients
Method
- Line a 6 litre slow cooker with foil or a disposable liner
- Coat with butter or cooking spray
- In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, flour, eggs, vanilla and salt
- Fold in chocolate chips and scrape batter into the slow cooker
- Cover with the lid and cook for 3 hours on low
- Spoon into individual bowl and serve with ice cream
